FLUOR ACR CHARTREUSE 4oz

This intense, brilliant acrylic paint is produced from dyes surrounded by a polymer coating. Because fluorescent colors are transparent, greater intensity is achieved by applying them over bright white surfaces. Add a shock of color to your artwork, experiment with black lighting and neon effects.
